    Directions: 1 capsule daily, with a meal.

    Ingredients: each vegetarian capsule contains:
    vitamin A5,000 IU
    (as vitamin A acetate)
    lutein3 mg
    zeaxanthin0.5 mg
    AstaReal® Astaxanthin0.5 mg
    (from Haematococcus pluvialis algae extract)
    other ingredients: red beet powder, hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water)
