Nature’s Way Perika contains 300 mg of St. John’s Wort per serving to help promote a positive mood.* Perika extract is standardized to hyperforin, one of the key “mood enhancing” components in St. John’s Wort.* We use HyperiSure® System stabilizing technology to ensure that Perika will deliver a guaranteed level of hyperforin for optimal effectiveness.

    Directions: Take 1 tablet with water 3 times daily at mealtimes. Best results occur after 2-4 weeks of regular use.
