      Directions: Adults: For maintenance of good health and brain function*, take 1-2 softgels daily with food. For support of cardiovascular health*, take 2 softgels daily with food. For support of healthy blood triglycerides levels*, take 2 softgels 2-3 times daily with food. For support of cognitive health in an aging population*, take 2 softgels 3 times daily with food.

      Children and adolescents 9 years and older: Take 1-2 softgels daily with food.
