Non-GMO and naturally sourced, our delicate flakes provide a full spectrum of naturally-occurring essential amino acids, plus 5 grams of protein per serving. They’re also fortified with vitamin B-12 for extra dietary support. You can mix nutritional yeast flakes into juices, soups, and smoothies, or sprinkle them on popcorn, salads, casseroles, stews and a variety of other foods.
