What Is Mushroom Coffee?

How Is Om Mushroom Coffee Made?
Om Mushrooms grows 11 species of functional mushrooms in state-of-the-art cleanroom environments at our indoor farm in southern California. Under the supervision of experienced mycologists, Om is dedicated to complete transparency in ID testing of our mushroom species. Most of the species are grown through the full-spectrum lifecycle before being harvested.
After dehydration at low temperatures to preserve nutritional integrity and density, the mushrooms are milled to a fine powder. These powders are combined with organic coffee powder, herbal additives, and/or sweeteners to create nutritious and flavorful blends.
