      Directions: Take 2 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

      Caution: Do not use if trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, are taking anticoagulant, hypertensive or immunosuppressant medications, or if you suffer from an immune system disorder (e.g Crohn’s disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, HIV/AIDS, etc.). Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or for use beyond 8 weeks. Hypersensitivity (allergy), irritated skin, nausea, and diarrhea have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
