Nature’s Way Glucomannan is derived from the konjac, an herb also known as the elephant yam. The konjac plant is prized for its fiber-rich root, which has been used both in food and wellness practices. Glucomannan is found in konjac root and has been used to promote feelings of fullness.*

    Directions: Adults take 3 capsules with at least 8 oz. (a full glass) of water or other liquid approximately 20 minutes before mealtime. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
