Fenugreek is a Mediterranean herb that contains many beneficial actives, such as hormone-like plant compounds called phytoestrogens. Fenugreek seed extract has been clinically studied to encourage endogenous estrogen (estradiol) production. Studies also show that fenugreek can help relieve hormone-related discomforts like hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness. This in turn supports both better sleep and healthy mood.

Estrogen plays a key role in a woman’s quality of life. The clinically studied fenugreek seed extract in this formula has been shown to promote estrogen production and relieve discomfort.

    Directions: Take two (2) tablets once daily in the evening with food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

    Red clover powder (leaf) [std. to >1% phytoestrogens] 80 mg
    Chaste tree extract (berry) 60 mg
    Black cohosh extract (rhizome) 40 mg

    Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, dextrin, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, calcium silicate, silica, coating (hypromellose, glycerin).
